Beautiful Sarasota Fl. Vacation property rental
Private furnished 3b2b home with pool and is located across the street from the bay in a quiet neighborhood with nice homes.
It is a ground level split plan home.
The master bedroom has a king size bed.
One spare has a twin trundle and the other has a full size bed. The living room has a queen sleeper couch.
The home is ceramic tiled throughout with recently updated windows and vertical blinds.
It has a fenced backyard with a caged pool and a screened lanai.
We have pool service and lawn maintenance.
There is also a garage and a regular capacity washer and dryer. We also have a full kitchen with range, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and cookware/utensils etc.
We supply linens (sheets) and towels.
Our digital service included Free phone calls (anywhere in the US),
TV and Internet access. We also have a DVD with some movies for viewing.
There are a couple of adult bikes and some books, magazines and games.
I have attached some Sarasota Florida etc information below. The home was previously on the market so it has been updated with new appliances, freshly painted inside and out.
